Metatrim BHB Review (2026): Does It Actually Work?

MetaTrim BHB is a dietary supplement that provides exogenous ketones, primarily BHB (beta-hydroxybutyrate) in capsule form. It is being sold to those who diet on a keto diet or are looking to try.

The formula features a proprietary mix of three BHB salts: magnesium, calcium and sodium. The total of the blend is approximately 800 mg per serving and the amount of each salt is not shown on the label.

Some vendors also reference chromium picolinate; just look on the Supplement Facts panel of your bottle. It is not a medicine, it is not a diet and exercise supplement.

The brand's website gives the Vidor, Texas address and claims the capsules are manufactured in an FDA-registered facility there. As much as you hear that term, FDA-registered doesn't necessarily indicate that the location is a creamy spot. This is not to say that the FDA approved the product. The exact contract manufacturer is not obviously stated, if you require more information contact customer support. Understand how it works — introduction. BHB is a ketone body that is produced by your body's liver when carbohydrate consumption is very low. During “ketosis,” fat becomes the main fuel source. MetaTrim BHB attempts to provide ketones externally and the body can be tricked into wanting to use ketones even when you're not eating a keto diet. The magnesium, calcium and sodium are there to bind to the BHB and supply minerals. Some individuals may experience the "keto flu" symptoms and benefit from this supplement. Does not burn fat directly. Even when losing weight, there is still a calorie deficit.

Metatrim BHB works by combining ingredients that support the body's natural processes rather than forcing short term effects. The formula is built around balance: each component plays a role in the overall goal, whether that involves recovery, daily energy, healthy metabolism and weight management, or another targeted outcome.

Exogenous BHB has been demonstrated to temporarily boost blood ketones. There is mixed evidence about its ability to make meaningful amounts of fat loss in healthy humans. Specific doses were used in most studies and the dose is usually more than 800mg. For claims of "clinically proven" refer to the usage of MetaTrim BHB as a finished product; there is no controlled trial in this regard.

Meta Trim Bhb lists ingredients including Green Coffee Bean Extract, Garcinia Cambogia, L-Carnitine.

Follow the label directions for serving. Typically, capsule BHB supplements are consumed either once or twice a day, frequently along with a meal or drink. Please do not exceed the recommended usage. It is best combined with a balanced low-carb or calorie-controlled diet, plenty of water, regular walking/physical activity and good sleep. Give it several weeks and track measurements – not just scale weight. If you are on medications, please ask your doctor before.

BHB salts are well-tolerated, and while there may be mild stomach upset or diarrhea, nausea, headache, and fatigue, particularly in the beginning are reported. For individuals on low mineral diets, the sodium, calcium and magnesium levels may be factors.

If symptoms persist or are severe, discontinue use and seek medical attention.

These supplements are not FDA approved, and may not be of equal quality from different manufacturers. Check for a complete Supplement Facts panel, lot numbers and contact information. Even some third-party testing would help bring some confidence, and I could not verify this testing for this product. Pregnant women, nursing mothers, individuals with diabetes, under 18 years, kidney and heart disease should consult a health care professional before taking any supplement of the ketone.

The product does exist, and they have a website, a policy for returning the product, as well as a contact person. This makes it a fact, not a fake offer. It is not an actual scam, but it is not a magic pill either. The biggest issues are: the amount of the blend is not specified, there were no trials of specific products, and it is priced high. Order from the official site only to be sure you are not getting a fake bottle or an expired one, and to ensure you have records of your orders to request a refund if you are required to.

MetaTrim BHB might be a sound supplement for those who are already on a keto diet and are searching for something simple in capsule form.

It is important to remember that you won't see significant weight loss by just changing your diet, so be prepared to come up short if you think you are going to lose a lot of weight without making any other changes in your lifestyle. There is evidence that BHB increases ketones, but it does not guarantee fat loss.

If you choose to use the money-back window, make sure you use it properly, and seek advice from your doctor before discussing your condition with them.
